In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bj22," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the bj22 gaming platform accessible at bj22.vu and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bj22 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon completing the bj22 registration process.
• "Platform" means the bj22 website at bj22.vu, its mobile-optimised version, and any related software interface through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, card games, and any other wagering products offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, net of any pending withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, the primary currency accepted and displayed on the bj22 Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures applied by bj22 in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the bj22 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bj22.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as set out in Section 16.

Use of the bj22 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bj22 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not hold Accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by bj22 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You must be accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with any applicable local laws or regulations. bj22 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of bj22 or any of its associated entities, nor a family member or household member of any such person.

To access the full functionality of the bj22 Platform, including placing real-money wagers and receiving withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. Registration requires the following:

• Provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Selection of a unique username and a strong password that you will keep confidential.
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and confirmation that you meet all eligibility criteria.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. You must immediately notify bj22 via email to [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

bj22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven calendar days may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or under different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

bj22 accepts deposits in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Bangladesh bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. bj22 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used is registered in your own name and you are the lawful owner of the funds.
• The funds do not originate from any illegal or criminal activity.
• You are not using a credit facility, loan, or borrowed funds to deposit.
• You are depositing voluntarily for entertainment purposes and can afford to lose the deposited amount.

bj22 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, reverse any deposit that is later found to have been made in breach of these Terms, or request additional verification before accepting deposits from new payment methods.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional security review.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that you previously used to deposit, unless bj22 explicitly authorises an alternative method.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require submission of identity documents.
• If you have received any Bonus Funds, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before those Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, though most are completed within 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
• bj22 reserves the right to cancel or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, account irregularities, or breach of these Terms.

No fees are charged by bj22 for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply transaction fees or currency conversion charges.

bj22 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions published for that promotion, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

General bonus conditions applying to all bj22 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion (e.g., new Players, depositors during a specified period, VIP tier members).
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus will forfeit any existing unclaimed or partially-wagered bonus.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within a specified timeframe (typically 30 days).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and certain high-RTP titles may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding the maximum bet (typically ৳500 per spin or hand) will void the bonus and any related winnings.
• bj22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play between multiple Players, wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors.

All bets placed through the bj22 Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules available within each game's information section:

• All bets are final once accepted by the system. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been confirmed.
• If a technical malfunction, software error, or display error occurs, all bets on the affected game or event will be void and stakes refunded. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be honoured.
• For sports betting: If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets on that event will be void unless the outcome has already been determined. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority.
• For casino games: Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider and cannot be influenced by bj22 or any Player.
• For live dealer games: If a dealer error occurs, the hand or round may be voided at the game provider's discretion. Video feeds are provided for transparency but do not override the electronic record of the game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. bj22 reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other Players designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any device or program designed to place bets or play games without human input.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes of legitimate deposits after wagering or withdrawing funds.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward bj22 staff or other Players.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing third parties to access your Account.
• Systematic betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus offers (bonus hunting) without genuine recreational play.

All content on the bj22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of bj22 or its licensors and is protected by Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to provide the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices.
• Use the bj22 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or link to the Platform without authorisation.

bj22 is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration and management
• Processing deposits and withdrawals
• Identity verification and KYC compliance
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Provision of customer support
• Marketing communications (where you have opted in)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bj22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected gains
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes, odds, or account balances
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials
• Third-party actions, including payment provider failures or delays
• Any decision to close, suspend, or restrict your Account in accordance with these Terms

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it and close your Account. bj22's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

bj22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all Players to view gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make money, and to only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

We offer the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified durations of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing time spent and amounts wagered.

bj22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation.
• We determine that continued provision of services poses a legal or regulatory risk.
• You engage in behaviour that is harmful to other Players or bj22's reputation.

If your Account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited, and you will not be permitted to register a new Account in the future.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which bj22 operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration or the competent courts as specified by the licensing authority under which bj22 operates. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

bj22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email, on-site notification, or prominent announcement on the homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
